Debra's first documentary film, "Dear Mr President" follows five Israeli and Palestinian teenage girls as they take a road-trip across America in search of hope and democracy. The film was met with high praise at the 2006 Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

The film continues to do well at festivals and is now being positioned for distribution and theatrical release.
